Your area of focus:
- Advise customers on the sales process and products.
- Manage logístical and delivery issues.
- Provide an after-sales service.
- Be the voice of our customer and escalade their feedback.
- Take ownership of the customer service excellence and the company's reputation (good reviews on different platforms such as Google, Facebook and Trustpilot).
- To excel in this role, you should have:
- Extensive experience in Customer Service over the phone & mail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Perfect writing & oral skills in Italian. Professional level of English and Spanish (language tests will be realized).
- Another European language would be a plus.- Confidence on the phone and sales orientated.
