WHAT YOU DO:
You are the driver who ensures our enterprise customers successfully adopt and leverage the full power of Microsoft 365, Copilot, and next-generation AI.
- Lead End-to-End Projects: Drive large-scale Microsoft 365 Copilot rollouts, feature deployments, and service transformations while managing scope, budget, and resources using Agile frameworks.
- Technology Design & AI Advisory: Translate complex business challenges into technical specifications and architectural decisions. Help clients identify use cases for AI agents and evaluate cloud service architectures regarding their "Copilot Readiness."
- Pre-Sales & Client Advisory: Act as the primary technical advisor during pre-sales (proposals, demos, workshops) and delivery,



showcasing the value of standard Copilot features to global stakeholders and C-level executives.
- Backlog & Change Management: Manage and prioritize the technical backlog (general tenant administration, security, permissions) while executing rollout communication and change management strategies to maximize user adoption.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Cloud Native, Full Stack, and AI-driven experts to integrate custom AI agents (built with Copilot Studio and Power Automate) with complex enterprise systems.
