Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), and wireless networks.
- Monitor network performance and ensure maximum system availability.
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity, hardware, and configuration issues.
- Configure and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and network devices.
- Perform routine network maintenance, firmware updates, and security checks.
- Assist with network expansion, upgrades, and infrastructure projects.
- Maintain network documentation, diagrams, and technical records.
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement security policies and ensure network reliability.
- Provide technical support to users experiencing network-related issues.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Network Technician, IT Network Support Technician, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs,



and network protocols.
- Experience configuring routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
- Familiarity with Windows Server, Linux, and network monitoring tools.
- Knowledge of network security principles and troubleshooting techniques.
- Relevant networking certifications such as Cisco CCNA or CompTIA Network+ are an advantage.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
