Stark Future SL, based in Barcelona, seeks an internal Health & Safety leader to own prevention across factory and offices. You will report to the People Director, have stop-work authority, set the prevention plan, and manage an external SPA partner.
This pivotal role starts from our growing site and expands as we scale beyond 500 employees. You will build the internal safety program, drive training, and coordinate with HR and engineering to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
