In this role you will drive a culture of continuous improvement across the plant, translating opportunities into measurable gains in safety, quality, cost, delivery, and productivity. You will lead standardization via BOE/BME pillars, SOPs, and best practices, working with all shifts. You will run cross-functional CI initiatives, coach teams, and embed governance to align with regional and corporate strategies.
This is a hands-on change leadership role that shapes operational excellence and capability building in a global manufacturing setting.

- Lead the standardization of management processes and BOE/BME pillars across the plant
- Drive process improvement projects that improve safety, quality, cost, delivery, and productivity
- Implement and sustain SOPs and best practices to ensure consistent operations
- Lead cross-functional CI initiatives to optimize processes and reduce waste
- Act as a change leader, training and coaching employees to build CI and OpEx capabilities
- Ensure governance, safety, quality, and compliance in all processes
- Align plant initiatives with regional and corporate strategies
- Develop and monitor KPIs and apply data-driven decision making
Responsabilidades xugodme
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science, or Supply Chain (or equivalent)
- Process improvement or project management experience (manufacturing preferred)
- MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word proficiency
- Lean Six Sigma certification (preferred)
