Lighthouse is seeking a Senior Lead Platform Engineer in Barcelona to drive frontend platform initiatives, migrate our Ember stack to React, and strengthen the design system. You will own AI-assisted frontend tooling, improve the frontend harness, and help engineers and AI agents deliver high-quality frontend code.
You will turn broad goals into actionable plans, manage delivery, and partner with product engineers and solution architects to enable faster, safer development across teams.
