Hapimag Resort Paguera is seeking a passionate leader to co-manage daily operations and guest satisfaction at our beachside resort. You will oversee administrative processes, coordinate departments from reception to technical services, and contribute to turnover improvements with the Resort Manager.
The role requires 5+ years in hotel/catering, 2 years in a department head capacity in F&B;, and fluency in German and English with Spanish knowledge. SIHOT experience is preferred.
