We are looking for a professional profile in the nightlife and gastronomy industry who can understand the First- Floor concept, lead it operationally during the remainder of the 2026 season (immediate start until end of October) , and actively contribute to its development, positioning and growth for the 2027 season and beyond. Our goal is to build a stable management structure that returns for 2027 and becomes part of the long- term evolution of this premium project.
The Role




We are looking for an experienced VIP Hospitality Nightclub Manager to lead one of the most exclusive operational areas within Mega Park Mallorca. This is a senior management position with a high level of responsibility, requiring a strong focus on planning, organization, business development, operational control and team leadership. In addition to the operational management of the area, the manager will also act as Guest Service Experience Manager, ensuring that every guest receives a personalized, premium and memorable experience aligned with the standards of the First- Floor concept. The successful candidate will lead a multicultural team of approximately 15–20 hostesses and service staff, maintaining the highest standards of service, procedures, presentation, protocols and dress code while operating in a dynamic, high- volume nightlife environment.
