Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and assess operational, regulatory and business risks
- Develop and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and controls
- Conduct risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies
- Support investigations related to fraud, abuse, and policy violations
- Track regulatory developments and help implement necessary changes
- Prepare risk and compliance reports
- Support internal audits and compliance reviews
- Coordinate with banks and payment providers' Compliance and Risk teams
Requirements
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in Compliance, Risk Management, Fraud Prevention, Trust & Safety, or a related field
- Experience in payment service providers (PSPs), especially high-risk payment providers, is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of risk management and compliance principles
- Experience handling confidential matters
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Location & Work Setup
- This is a full-time contract position.
- Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
- During your first month, you'll work fully onsite to get to know the team, products and systems.
- After onboarding, you'll follow a hybrid model: 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.
