Production & Packaging | Technical / Mechanical Skills
La Natura Lifestyle International Holding AG is expanding its production activities and is looking for several motivated Line Operators (m/f/d) to join our production teams in Fano, Bologna, and Monteporzio, Italy.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operate and monitor production and packaging lines
- Supply machines with the required materials
- Carry out basic mechanical adjustments and format changeovers
- Identify and resolve minor technical issues during production
- Ensure compliance with quality, hygiene, and safety standards
- Support smooth and efficient production processes
YOUR PROFILE
- Good technical understanding and practical mechanical skills
- Previous experience in production, manufacturing,
or machine operation is an advantage, but not required
- Reliable, responsible, and independent working style
- Willingness to work in shifts
- Team-oriented and hands-on mindset
- Willingness to learn and develop your technical skills
