Description: The BETA Technological Centre is composed of a young and multidisciplinary team of more than 140 professionals and is seeking to recruit a dynamic, organised and proactive person who wishes to become part of a continuously growing organisation.
We are looking for a Pre-award Manager for national and regional projects to join the Centre's competitive funding support team. This position falls within the professional field of Research Managers and Administrators (RMA), key professionals in the strategic, administrative and financial management of research, development and innovation activities.
The selected candidate will actively participate in the identification of funding opportunities, proposal preparation and submission of competitive funding applications at national and regional level,
ensuring compliance with the administrative, financial and formal requirements of each funding call.
Functions and duties
- Promote the Centre’s participation in competitive funding opportunities at national and regional level, both public and private.
- Identify, analyse and disseminate funding calls aligned with the Centre’s strategic priorities.
- Represent BETA Technological Centre at information days, brokerage events, networking forums and other events related to funding programmes.
- Support the definition of the Centre's participation strategy in competitive funding programmes.
- Collaborate with researchers in the conception, planning and preparation of competitive funding proposals.
- Analyse calls for proposals, regulations, eligibility criteria and administrative, technical and financial requirements.
