Joko is seeking a Head of Talent Acquisition to scale the TA function from 100+ to 200+ employees within 18 months, spanning France, Spain and the US. You will lead recruiters, set general standards, and partner with founders and hiring managers to drive growth with an AI-enabled TA approach.
You will own employer branding, build a scalable process, and align with the People function to shape Joko's hiring culture and performance across markets.
