XTB is seeking a Head of Virality & Customer Engagement in Madrid to drive growth through viral loops, referrals, and engaging user experiences at scale. You will own strategy, roadmap and delivery, leading a 20+ person team of product and engineering professionals to turn ideas into measurable growth and revenue outcomes.
