How You’ll Make an Impact
- Develop and execute long-term global sourcing strategies for Converters, Cabinets, and SCADA commodities to optimize value and ensure supply chain resilience
- Lead complex contract negotiations and establish master supply agreements with key global suppliers, securing favorable terms that align with business objectives
- Establish and manage a robust Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) framework,
conducting regular performance reviews to foster strategic partnerships and improve supplier performance
- Monitor market dynamics and identify technology trends through in-depth analysis, informing strategic sourcing decisions and enhancing competitive advantage
- Establish new procurement processes and standards that impact functional results, ensuring alignment with the highest ethical standards and company compliance policies
