In this role you will lead internal communications to support the people agenda across a global organization. You will partner with People, Communications, and Executive Leaders to craft clear messaging, drive engagement, and support senior stakeholders. You’ll manage high-impact campaigns, measure impact with analytics, and ensure alignment with the employer brand. This position offers a chance to shape culture and connect employees to organizational purpose at scale.

- Develop strategic messaging that supports the people agenda and business objectives
- Create engaging content across formats: articles, speeches, videos, newsletters, intranet, and leadership messages
- Lead end-to-end multi-channel campaigns from planning to measurement
- Collaborate with People and Leadership teams to communicate priorities effectively
- Own communications for major people-related events, programs, and annual initiatives
- Ensure accuracy and relevance of employee-facing content across digital channels




- Partner with agencies and internal/external teams to produce high-quality materials
- Identify innovative approaches and share best practices to boost engagement
- Monitor analytics and audience insights to drive continuous improvement
- Align internal communications with employer brand and external messaging for a cohesive employee experience

Responsabilidades

- 5-7+ years in internal or corporate communications, employee engagement, or related fields
- Experience partnering with HR/People/Talent to deliver people-focused communications
- Exceptional writing, storytelling, and xugodme content development across channels
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-channel campaigns from concept to delivery
- Strong stakeholder management with ability to influence senior leaders
- Excellent project management, prioritization, and organizational skills
- Analytical mindset with use of feedback and metrics to guide decisions
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, integral, matrixed environment
- Experience with DEIB, wellbeing, performance management, or organizational transformation (preferred)
