We're looking for a Lead Test Data Specialist to join our team in Madrid, Spain in a hybrid working mode. In this role, you will define test data strategies, design and provision datasets across multiple environments and ensure integrity, compliance and readiness for quality testing activities. You will collaborate with teams across test management, automation and delivery to support efficient software lifecycle processes in a highly regulated environment.This position provides the opportunity to lead test data operations involving complex financial scenarios, CI/CD integrations and masking automation, ensuring scalable and high-quality testing capabilities.ResponsibilitiesDesign, extract, transform and provision test datasets for various environments (UAT, TST50, TST60)Guarantee referential integrity of test data across interconnected systemsDevelop reusable, synthetic and masked datasets that mirror real-world business scenariosCoordinate with test data management teams and environment owners for refresh and population activitiesAutomate test data provisioning using SQL, Python,
