Amentum is seeking a Site Safety and Health Officer (SSHO) to support a US Navy program on Diego Garcia. The SSHO will manage the Contractor’s safety program, enforce EM 385-1-1 Section 1 and 29 CFR 1926.16, and oversee safety training and audits across all sites.
The role requires onsite presence, leadership of a Competent Person team, and ability to obtain necessary clearances; candidates must hold OSHA 30-hour and CSP or safety degree and maintain ongoing safety coursework.
