currently seeking an Industrial HR Manager to join one of its manufacturing
sites. This is a broad HR leadership role with full responsibility across the
HR function, combining both strategic and operational involvement.

HR MANAGER (GALICIA)
The Role
- Working closely with both local
management and the wider HR organisation, you will lead the plant’s HR
strategy and overall people management activities.
- You will be responsible for
implementing HR policies and practices aligned with corporate guidelines,
ensuring effective adaptation to the local business environment.
- You will manage a small HR
team, overseeing all key HR areas including talent development, employee
relations, HR administration and people processes.
- You will lead and strengthen
core talent management initiatives such as recruitment, talent attraction,
training, internal communication, performance management, succession
planning, talent identification and employee development programs.
- You will play an active role in
managing employee and labour relations, helping to maintain a stable and
constructive working environment in close coordination with Plant
Management and Corporate HR.
- You will act as a strategic
business partner to the leadership team, contributing insight, critical
thinking and influence in decision-making processes.
Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience in
senior HR positions.
- Solid background within
industrial environments is essential, ideally within multinational
