We are recruiting vibrant Dutch speakers to front our real-time digital broadcasts right from the center of Madrid. This role is a prime launchpad if you possess strong on-camera charisma and want to build an international career in online media and digital entertainment.
In this interactive presenter role, you will deliver lively streams, connect with integral viewers, and act as the face of our brand from a modern studio setup.
Core Responsibilities
Stream Hosting: Lead spirited, dynamic broadcasts with a polished on-screen persona.
Community Engagement: Chat with live viewers to foster an inviting environment and boost audience loyalty.
Visual Standards: Maintain top-tier personal grooming, composure, and professional presentation on air.
Operational Integrity: Follow strict studio guidelines to guarantee total fairness, transparency, and accuracy during broadcasts.
Team Coordination: Work hand-in-hand with technical operators and floor leads to produce seamless, high-quality shows.
Earnings & Bonus Structure
Base Earnings: A stable monthly salary of €1,500.
Language Incentive:



An extra €4.00 per hour while hosting live Dutch streams.
Performance Bonus: Up to €3.00 additional per hour based on operational quality and presentation standards.
Night Shift Rate: A 20% pay increase for hours completed between 22:55 and 08:00.
Earning Range: Full-time team members generally earn between €1,850 and €2,100 gross per month.
Spain Relocation Support
Covered Travel: Paid airfare to Madrid (or high-speed train tickets for local moves within Spain).
Temporary Housing: 25 days of corporate lodging provided to help you settle into the city.
Relocation Bonus: A €1,500 cash payment to assist with initial setup expenses.
Bureaucracy Help: Dedicated assistance from HR to obtain your Spanish NIE, set up Social Security, and open a bank account.
