Braun Management

Madrid

Braun Management addresses structural organizational problems that leadership teams often find too internal to fix directly. We focus on uncovering the structural truths that hinder growth, providing clients with evidence-backed analysis and a clear, written path forward.

The role

As a Project Management Coordinator, you will support our consultants as they work through complex organizational friction for our clients. Our partner is a major regional automotive group that is currently navigating significant internal restructuring, and this role will be central to managing the logistics of that engagement. This is an entry level position designed for someone who enjoys organizing information and ensuring that no detail is missed during high-stakes consulting projects.

Because we operate as a fully remote team, you will act as the central point for coordinating schedules, managing document versions, and keeping the flow of information clear between our team and the client.

What you will do

- Maintain project timelines and ensure that all internal deadlines for analysis and reports are met.

- Organize and manage the documentation for client engagements, ensuring version control is strictly followed across all shared folders.

- Draft initial meeting summaries and internal memos that capture the core friction points discussed during executive sessions.

- Coordinate remote meetings and workshops across different time zones to ensure all necessary participants are present and prepared.

- Conduct basic research into corporate governance structures and works council requirements to support our structural analysis.

- Monitor project resource allocation to help the consulting team stay within the planned scope of work.

- Assist in the preparation of final written reports by proofreading for precision and consistency in our professional tone.

- Update internal tracking systems so that project status is always transparent to the senior consulting team.

What we are looking for

- Strong written communication skills with a preference for clear, direct, and formal English.

- An interest in how large organizations function and how decision rights are allocated within complex systems.

- Exceptional attention to detail, especially when handling complex schedules and sensitive documents.

- The ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while maintaining high levels of accountability.

- Basic familiarity with project management principles or organizational tools gained through university studies or internships.

- A calm approach to problem solving when timelines are tight or client requirements change suddenly.

- Comfort with professional software suites for documentation, scheduling, and team communication.

- A willingness to learn the nuances of European business governance and the restructuring processes we facilitate.

How we work

Braun Management operates entirely as a remote organization.

We rely heavily on written documentation rather than constant video calls to ensure that information is precise and available to everyone regardless of their location. This requires a high degree of self-discipline and an ability to think through problems thoroughly before taking action.

Our culture is one of sober analysis where we value getting the facts right over providing comfortable or generic answers. By working remotely, we can focus on the quality of our output and the structural health of the clients we serve without the distractions of traditional office environments.

What we offer

- A permanent, full time position with a competitive salary for entry level professionals in the management consulting sector.

- A fully remote work arrangement that provides flexibility and removes the need for commuting.

- Exposure to high-level organizational challenges and the chance to learn from experienced consultants.

- Access to internal training resources focused on business analysis, restructuring, and professional writing.

- Standard paid time off and public holiday allowances.

- A work environment that prioritizes clear communication, intellectual rigor, and professional growth.

In this role, your coordination work directly supports the resolution of organizational friction that prevents our clients from reaching their potential. By managing the details and ensuring our evidence is well organized, you enable the team to deliver the honest, difficult conclusions that lead to real change. Your contributions help provide the clarity and structure necessary for our partner, the regional automotive group, to move forward with confidence and accountability.
