What you will do

- Assist in coordinating the schedule and requirements for our mandate with a large Spanish logistics provider.




- Conduct targeted research on regional logistics trends and regulatory changes to help the team form a view on market shifts.
- Support the principals in drafting clear, concise documents regarding corporate governance and operating model improvements.
- Maintain project trackers to ensure all internal and client deadlines are met with accuracy and consistency.
- Gather and organize data related to the client portfolio to help identify areas for improved performance.
- Participate in internal review sessions where we refine our recommendations and challenge our own assumptions.
- Prepare summary notes from client interactions that highlight decisions made and clear next steps required.
- Organize digital documentation and project files to ensure easy access to critical information for the consulting team.
