Duties and Responsibilities
As Payroll & HR Supervisor, I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation in the following:
Manage and coordinate the full employment administration cycle, including new joiners, contracts, contract amendments, seasonal recalls, promotions, departures and terminations.
Ensure all employment documentation, contracts and Host records are accurately reviewed, processed, uploaded and maintained in Factorial and other relevant systems.




Coordinate payroll incidences and information to support the accurate and timely processing of payroll, including salaries, overtime, part-time schedules, settlements, salary advances, back payments and other approved payments.
Maintain accurate salary, payroll, cost centre and Host data, including payroll codes, departmental allocations and other relevant payroll records.
Manage and coordinate administrative processes related to temporary incapacity, work accidents, maternity/paternity leave, settlements, garnishments and other employment-related matters.
Act as a key point of contact for Hosts and departmental representatives regarding payroll, contracts and employment administration, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution of queries.
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Assistant Director of Human Resources and the wider HR leadership team on HR processes, documentation, reporting, projects and operational matters.
