Team Leadership & Engagement

Business Client Development

Maximize the potential of all product categories through brand storytelling by delivering the brand image proposition to commercially enhance the journey

Existing knowledge of the local market and competitor activity

Build and foster strong, loyal relationships between clients and the brand

Operations

Manage the store base staffing hours, review effectiveness to optimize store coverage, productivity and profitability

Recruit, xugodme train and onboard as needed

Analyze data, utilize reports and make conclusions to optimize performance and/or take correct action in collaboration with senior management

Develop strategies to maximize sales opportunities whilst controlling cost through effective decision making

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

Who You Are

Previous experience in luxury required

Previous experience in clienteling and appointments

Previous experience executing bespoke events & experiences for clients

Previous knowledge of the local market and prospective clients' tastes and preferences

English (C1) required with Russian, Arabic and/or French
