Click&Boat; is seeking a Head of Paid Acquisition to own the strategy for acquiring renters and boat owners across markets, based in Barcelona. You will lead a team of 3 managers, own the paid media P&L;, and partner with the Integral Head of Performance to align on global strategy.
You'll report to the Executive Board and Boats Group stakeholders, drive CAC/ROAS targets, optimize tracking and landing pages with Product, Tech, and Data teams, and explore new channels, including AI-enabled approaches.
