Baseline Fitness, a gym seeking a Team Lead, is looking for a proactive leader to oversee daily operations and staff development. You will report to the Club Manager and work full-time in a supervisory capacity to ensure high standards of service and club operations.
You will train staff, supervise member services, and handle front desk duties such as answering phones, processing sign-ups and cancellations, and guiding new members on tours.
