We are looking for a structured and highly motivated Key Account Manager to lead and grow Frekuent's most important client relationships in the Spanish market. We are currently focused on the Self-Service / Unattended business, like (but not limited to) vending, gas stations, laundromats and EV charging stations. This position is idóneo for a proactive, hands-on account manager who thrives on building relationships, managing complex implementations, and turning satisfied clients into long-term growth. Give the best support to our partners and improve operational efficiency
Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify growth opportunities and preempt potential issues
Ensure proper onboarding of clients to Frekuent solutions, coordinating with sales and technical teams
Hands-on management of projects to ensure timely and successful implementations




Lead project implementation and translate it into actionable tasks to ensure continuous improvement
A minimum of 3 years of experience in fast-paced environments such as startups, top consulting firms or leading internet companies
At least 2 years of proven track record in high-performance account management, business consultancy or sales
Skilled at navigating high-pressure environments, maintaining focus and delivering results
Comfortable working in a high-growth, high-performance start-up with a fast pace
Strong commercial skills with good communication and interpersonal skills
Project management skills, highly organized and detail-oriented
A problem solver with a data-driven and analytical mindset
Native in Spanish and proficient in English; other languages such as Italian, Portuguese or French are a plus
