Role Description The Senior PM – Shopify is a full-time remote role responsible for leading end-to-end Shopify eCommerce projects for fashion and lifestyle clients. This role manages project scoping, planning, and execution, coordinating cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and marketers to deliver high-quality Shopify stores. Day-to-day tasks include gathering requirements, creating project timelines, tracking progress, mitigating risks, and ensuring clear communication with stakeholders.

The Senior PM will oversee workflows, manage dependencies, and optimize processes to keep projects on time, within scope, and aligned with client goals. The role also involves contributing to best practices,



improving delivery frameworks, and supporting continuous enhancement of ECORN’s eCommerce services.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, coordination, and stakeholder management.
- Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills for managing timelines, priorities, and task follow-ups.
- Candidates should possess Inspection skills to review deliverables for quality, accuracy, and adherence to requirements.
- Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to coordinate resources, handoffs, and workflows across remote teams.
- Experience with Shopify and eCommerce platforms, particularly in fashion, beauty, or lifestyle sectors.
- Proven experience leading complex digital or eCommerce projects in an agency or similar environment.
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with agile or hybrid project methodologies and common project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello).
