Scopely is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our unannounced project in Barcelona on a hybrid basis (3 days a week). We are a global team of game lovers who are developing, publishing, and innovating the mobile games industry, connecting millions of people worldwide daily. We are in the early stages of development on an ambitious, unannounced, cross-platform Strategy/MMO featuring a well-known IP.

Strategic Planning and Execution: Collaborate closely with the development team to develop and refine the product roadmap, steering vision, strategy, and business model. Oversee the feature lifecycle, managing product requirements and feature quality from inception to delivery, including release analysis and reporting. Prioritize player experience in every decision, aligning development with the target audience's needs and desires. Understand and address player issues to enhance the game.

Leadership and Mentorship: Provide leadership in daily tasks and larger projects, ensuring quality and timely execution.

Data Analysis and Insights: Manage and analyze game and market metrics, synthesizing data to derive actionable insights and recommendations. Serve as a vocal and proactive member of the team, actively communicate complex ideas clearly, and maintain visibility with upper management and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and address potential issues.

Product Expertise: experience in product management and/or product development in software Analytical Thinking: Comfortable interpreting data and market trends to guide decision-making, with the ability to navigate ambiguity User experience knowledge: understanding of player behavior and user experience, with the ability to connect player needs to product and company goals Prioritization Skills:
