- Develop team members across the full recruitment lifecycle, including intake, sourcing, interviewing, and offer management
- Evolve Talent Acquisition practices and improve processes through technology and a candidate experience approach
- Translate enterprise-wide strategy into local and regional needs
- Lead a small regional Talent Acquisition team
- Functionally guide local Talent Acquisition teams in key markets
- Oversee recruitment activity across EMEA and Latam and support market teams in delivering services aligned with business expectations
- Support the adaptation of Talent Acquisition technology enhancements and CoE-designed processes
- Drive purposeful use of data and analytics to support sustainable performance and KPIs
- Cascade technology and process improvements to country Talent Acquisition teams
- Foster collaboration with local and regional HR teams
- Act as a first-level escalation point for regional and cluster HR or business stakeholders




- Cascade and achieve recruitment delivery performance objectives across the EMEA and Latam central team and local markets
- Ensure alignment with performance and quality standards defined in relevant SLAs
- Ensure recruitment processes comply with Sonova’s philosophy, policies, and local government regulations
- Collaborate with the CoE to optimize recruitment efforts in countries and across the region
- Monitor market trends and consolidate local and regional insights to support ongoing iteration of Talent Acquisition strategies. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field; 10+ Years of experience in end-to-end recruitment;

Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems and Candidate Relationship Management tools, such as SAP and Phenom

- Previous experience managing regional growth projects across multiple countries in EMEA and/or Latam
