We are looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to create, develop and lead the department, define procurement strategy, strengthen our international supplier network and drive best-in-class purchasing processes.
Key responsibilities Design and implement the Procurement Department structure, procedures and tools.
Define procurement strategies for local and international projects.
Lead RFI, RFQ and RFP processes, bid evaluations and award recommendations.
Negotiate prices, payment terms, warranties, delivery conditions and framework agreements.
Source, evaluate and develop strategic suppliers.




Coordinate procurement activities with Project Management, Engineering, Finance, Legal and Logistics.
Manage commercial, contractual and supply risks.
Ensure transparency, compliance and full traceability throughout the procurement process.
What we're looking for Around 8-10 years of experience in procurement, international purchasing or supply chain.
Previous experience leading a procurement team or purchasing function.
Strong background in project-based procurement, ideally within engineering, construction, hospitals, medical equipment, EPC, infrastructure or building services.
Proven experience negotiating with international manufacturers and suppliers.
Experience managing tenders, RFI, RFQ, RFP and framework agreements.
Good knowledge of supply contracts, payment terms, warranties and Incoterms.
University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Supply Chain, International Trade or a related field.
Advanced professional English and professional Spanish. Additional languages are a plus.
