Описание Shalion is a B2B SaaS scale-up growing its recurring revenue business from €10M to €30M ARR across entities in Spain and the US. Задачи * Own all accounting operations, including AP, AR, billing, and General Ledger * Ensure accurate monthly and year-end close and prepare P&L;, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements * Oversee multi-currency transactions and lead financial consolidation across Spain and US entities * Monitor cash flow and runway, bank reconciliations, payment controls, and supplier payments * Partner with the CFO on reporting and FP&A;, including variance analysis, board reporting, SaaS KPIs, annual budgeting, and forecasting * Spearhead implementation of new tools and systems, including a new ERP * Define accounting processes and methodologies * Drive automation of administrative workflows to support scaling transaction volumes * Liaise with HR on payroll execution and correct accounting treatment * Oversee external tax advisors for local and international tax compliance, including Transfer Pricing between ES and US entities * Work with external legal counsel on corporate books, annual filings, and regulatory requirements * Lead the annual external audit as the primary point of contact for auditors * Prepare supporting audit documentation and ensure timely resolution of findings * Design the Accounting & Admin team's growth roadmap * Hire, onboard,



and mentor junior finance team members * Allocate workload across functions and team members * Safeguard the accuracy and integrity of financial data and reporting * Build financial policies and control frameworks to ensure audit-readiness for future fundraising rounds or due diligence processes Требования * 6–9 Years of experience in finance/accounting * Proven ownership of month-end close, financial consolidation, and multi-currency management * Strong command of the Spanish accounting and tax framework * Advanced Excel skills * Proactive adoption of AI tools within finance workflows * Fluency in SaaS metrics, including ARR, NRR, Churn, and CAC Payback * Knowledge of recurring revenue dynamics and revenue recognition principles * Analytical, proactive, hands-on, and detail-oriented approach * Problem-solving skills and team management abilities * Fluent in English and Spanish * Nice to have: Experience in a fast-growing B2B SaaS or VC-backed scale-up, Big 4 background, US accounting and tax exposure, ERP implementation experience Условия * International team with colleagues from 10+ nationalities * Dynamic and innovative environment * Versátil benefits, including meal vouchers, transport allowance, and private healthcare at a preferential rate * Fresh fruit and specialty coffee daily * Office in Barcelona’s Sarrià‑Sant Gervasi district * Salary range: from 50,000€ to 65,000€ gross/yearly, according to experience and seniority #J-18808-Ljbffr
