We are looking for a proactive and hands-on HSE Supervisor to strengthen our HSEQ and operational teams.

Key responsibilities * Conduct site visits/audits, safety inspections and operational assessments across different locations and activities. * Identify, assess and control occupational health & safety and environmental risks.

Carry out risk assessments and verify the implementation of appropriate control measures. * Support operational and technical teams in the planning and execution of high-risk activities. * Promote safe working practices and actively contribute to the development of a strong and proactive safety culture. * Deliver toolbox talks, safety briefings, awareness sessions and training activities. * Lead incident, accident and near-miss investigations, identifying root causes and ensuring effective corrective actions are implemented. * Travel to operational sites and company locations when required.

Essential requirements * Formal qualification in Occupational Health and Safety. * At least 3 years of experience in a safety, HSE or operational safety role. * Experience working in practical, operational or field-based environments. * Experience conducting risk assessments, workplace inspections and safety audits.



* Experience investigating incidents and implementing corrective and preventive actions. * Good understanding of occupational health and safety legislation and risk management principles. * Fluent Spanish and English. * Willingness to travel regularly between operational locations (approx. 30%). * Based in, or willing to relocate to, Tarragona / Barcelona.

Desirable * HSE qualifications such as NEBOSH or equivalent. * Experience in energy, offshore, maritime, port or other high-risk industries. * Experience with ISO management systems, particularly ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 9001. * Previous exposure to maritime regulations or safety management systems is an advantage, but not essential.
