And sometimes telling a client that the house they love probably is not the house they should buy.

That is the person we are looking for… The role LET US Ibiza is a boutique real estate agency working mainly with international buyers and sellers.

It is a highly international market: around one-third of property transactions across the Balearics involve foreign buyers.

We are looking for a Property Specialist, junior or senior depending on experience.

You will: * Manage and follow up with buyers/sellers * Understand what they are really looking for * Research and select properties * Prepare and conduct viewings * Advise clients throughout the buying process * Negotiate and help move transactions forward * Keep your clients, follow-ups and next steps organised in our CRM * Work closely with our listing, legal and marketing teams As you grow into the role, you will take responsibility for your own clients, deals and portfolio.

You are commercial, but you don’t need to push.

You understand that the best way to earn someone’s business is to genuinely help them make the right decision.

You should: * Speak fluent English (and preferably also Spanish) * Be comfortable working independently * Communicate easily with different kinds of people * Be organised and consistent with follow-up * Enjoy learning and becoming very good at what you do * Be comfortable with the pace and flexibility that comes with real estate Real estate experience is an advantage, not a requirement for the junior position.

For a senior position, we expect relevant sales or real estate experience and the ability to manage clients independently.
