To strengthen our Retail Sales department and support our continued international growth, Drylock Technologies is looking for a Commercial Assistant.

Your responsibilities:

- You support the sales teams across Europe and work closely with them on day-to-day commercial coordination.
- You help coordinate the full product and packaging development process.
- This also includes monitoring and handling consumer complaints, both internally and in communication with the customer.
- Your responsibilities also include logistical follow-up, such as coordinating new customer creation and ensuring the required information is completed.
- You are involved throughout the entire sales process, maintain frequent contact with customers and prepare quotations for the sales team.
- You carry out analyses of revenue, market share and other commercial indicators, and prepare quarterly and annual business reviews.
- You use your commercial insight and interpersonal skills to build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and customers.
- You enjoy working with figures and are comfortable interpreting commercial data.
- You are proactive,



an excellent planner and able to switch priorities quickly.
- You take a versátil approach when communicating with a wide range of stakeholders.
- You work with spreadsheets and databases and prepare presentations.

Your profile:

- You have a bachelor’s degree.
- You are fluent in Dutch and English; knowledge of French and German is a definite advantage.
- You have excellent knowledge of MS Office and are comfortable working with CRM tools, online applications and analytics platforms.
- Hands-on, eager to learn and motivated to grow in an international environment.
