At KPMG Belgium, we are looking for an AI Sector Lead – Corporates to drive the expansion of our AI practice across large corporate clients. You will bridge strategy, governance, transformation and adoption, helping organizations move beyond experimentation and embed AI at the heart of their business.

Your Key Responsibilities

1. Inspire & Shape AI Strategy

- Partner with C-level executives and senior business leaders to define AI strategies aligned with business priorities.
- Help organizations identify, prioritize and monetize AI opportunities across their value chains.
- Translate AI innovation into pragmatic transformation roadmaps with tangible business outcomes.
- Advise clients on AI governance, responsible AI, risk management and organizational readiness.

2. Grow & Expand Our AI Business

- Drive the go-to-market strategy for AI within the Corporate sector.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across existing and prospective clients.
- Shape compelling AI value propositions and commercial offerings.
- Build trusted relationships with executive decision-makers and strategic stakeholders.

3. Deliver AI Transformation at Scale

- Lead end-to-end AI transformation initiatives, from strategy and governance to implementation and adoption.
- Ensure AI solutions are embedded into business processes and operating models.
- Support organizations in scaling AI beyond pilots and proof-of-concepts.




- Help clients realize sustainable value through responsible AI adoption.

4. Lead Across a Multidisciplinary Ecosystem

- Collaborate closely with experts across Data, Technology, ESG, Risk, Cyber Security and Business Consulting.
- Build, coach and inspire high-performing AI teams.
- Support the growth of our AI capabilities through talent development and recruitment.
- Foster collaboration across functions and industries to deliver integrated client solutions.

5. Represent KPMG in the Market

- Act as an ambassador for KPMG’s AI capabilities in the Belgian market.
- Contribute to thought leadership, client events and industry roundtables.
- Share market insights and help shape the future direction of AI consulting.
- Build relationships across the broader Belgian AI ecosystem.

What We’re Looking For

Experience & Expertise

- 10+ years of experience in AI, data, digital transformation, technology consulting or strategy.
- Proven experience advising senior executives on complex business and technology transformations.
- Strong track record in business development, account growth and commercial leadership.
- Deep understanding of AI strategy, governance, Generative AI and enterprise AI adoption.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary transformation programmes.

Market Knowledge

- Strong understanding of the Belgian Corporate landscape.




- Experience working with large corporate organizations across multiple industries.
- An established professional network within the Belgian market is considered a strong asset.

Leadership & Collaboration

- Experience leading teams within a matrix organization.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and create alignment across teams.
- Strong people leadership and coaching capabilities.
- Entrepreneurial mindset combined with a collaborative approach.

Strategic & Commercial Acumen

- Strong commercial instincts and business development capabilities.
- Ability to translate AI opportunities into measurable business value.
- Focus on long-term client impact and sustainable growth.

Language Requirements

- Professional proficiency in Dutch and English is essential for this role.
- To successfully engage with clients and stakeholders across the Belgian corporate market, professional proficiency in Dutch is a key requirement, French is considered an asset.
