We are actively searching for an R&D; engineer to support metrology and e-beam inspection activities for advanced patterning/bonding and in-resist scumming investigations in a high-tech cleanroom environment.

Your responsibilities

- Operate e-beam inspection/metrology systems for recipe development, data collection and analysis.
- Act as the technical metrology point of contact between customers, integration and process teams.
- Develop and maintain Best-Known Methods (BKMs) for offline SEM image analysis.
- Organize project documentation and maintain a central SharePoint.
- Present results and project progress in technical review meetings.

Your profile

- M.Sc. in Applied Sciences, Materials Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
- 2–3+ years of experience in metrology, preferably in a high-tech cleanroom.
- Hands-on experience with CD-SEM/e-beam systems is a plus.
- Proactive, hands-on and eager to learn.
- Versátil and resilient in a changing R&D; environment.
- Excellent English communication skills.
