Job Title: Business Analyst

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Business Analyst with 2–4 years of experience to work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and technical teams to understand business needs, define requirements, and support the successful delivery of IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Conduct workshops, interviews, and requirement-gathering sessions.
- Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Create process flows, business process diagrams, and functional documentation.
- Work closely with developers, testers, product owners, and project managers.
- Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, and other Agile ceremonies.
- Clarify requirements and resolve functional queries during development and testing.




- Participate in UAT and support business users during testing.
- Validate delivered solutions against agreed business requirements.
- Identify gaps, risks, dependencies, and potential impacts of proposed changes.
- Maintain clear and up-to-date project and requirements documentation.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of business analysis and requirements management.
- Experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements.
- Good knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience creating BRD, FRD, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
- Good understanding of SDLC and software development processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
