The role

Adiutor is growing. We are looking for a proactive and commercially minded professional to coordinate our customer orders and international supply chain.

You will manage the complete order flow: from placing orders with suppliers and arranging transport to ensuring correct and timely delivery to customers across Europe. The role combines logistics, customer contact, product administration and process improvement.

You will join Adiutor at an exciting stage in its development. Today, the role is mainly home-office based, with regular in-person meetings. As the company grows, a physical office may be established in the future, where partial on-site presence would be required.

Your responsibilities

Order and logistics coordination

- Process and follow up customer orders across Europe.
- Manage supplier orders, confirmations and invoices.
- Coordinate transport for bulk liquids and packaged goods.
- Monitor inventory, deliveries, costs and potential supply chain risks.
- Coordinate certificates of analysis and other order documentation.




- Handle complaints and keep customers informed.
- Ensure compliance with supplier procedures and customer requirements.

Product, sales and quality support

- Maintain product specifications and ERP records.
- Coordinate Safety Data Sheets in multiple languages.
- Manage sample requests and conduct research into potential customers.
- Support ISO 9001 and EcoVadis requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve logistics, customer service and order processes.

You will act as a central point of contact for customers, suppliers, transport partners and other stakeholders.

Your profile

- Strong organizational, multitasking and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, hands-on and able to manage changing priorities.
- You are disciplined and organized
- Customer-focused, commercially minded and numerically strong.
- A degree in logistics, supply chain, economics or equivalent experience.
- Professional proficiency in Dutch and English.
- Fluency in German is strongly preferred; French is an asset.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Experience with ERP systems, order processing or invoicing is an advantage.
- Knowledge of international shipping formalities, such as customs clearance,



letters of credit and certificates of origin, is a plus.

Experience in the chemical industry is welcome but not essential. Your ability to learn, take ownership and coordinate complex processes is more important.
