We are currently seeking a Business Analyst for our office in Antwerp (Belgium).

Business Analyst (Fulltime)

As a Business Analyst, you collect, process and analyse information, turning it into clear insights that support informed decision-making. Your work helps shape business strategy, improve operations and strengthen Unifly’s competitive position.

Responsibilities

- Gather relevant business information, requirements and data from various sources
- Ensure that collected data is accurate, reliable and aligned with company standards
- Analyse business processes and other relevant data to identify opportunities and areas for improvement
- Identify and assess potential business and operational risks
- Provide insights that support strategic planning and informed decision-making
- Present findings, conclusions and recommendations clearly and logically, using reports, presentations and data visualisations where appropriate
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate customer needs into practical solutions and successfully deliver our platform

Your Profile

Technical Skills

- You hold a Bachelor and/or Master degree
- You preferably have a minimum of 1 year experience as business analyst, functional analyst, software or technical analyst




- You have confirmed experience with software development
- You are familiar with concepts such as business process modelling
- You are interested in drone technology
- Experience with Drones, UTM, ATM, aviation is a plus
- You are fluent in English spoken and written - Dutch is a plus

- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy and quality
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage priorities effectively

- Strong stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to understand needs, gather relevant information and clearly explain findings and recommendations
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to make complex concepts easy to understand and adapt your style to both technical and non-technical audiences
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively across different teams and areas of expertise
