Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Business Architect to support the bpost Operations domain. This role bridges the gap between business vision and the translation into strategy. The scope focuses on the impact of technological evolution in the area of sorting. The Business Architect will facilitate the process by asking the right questions and providing the right impact scenario's using Enterprise Architecture methodological visualisations.

The Business Architect should be comfortable in interaction with senior profiles and act aware of the complexity of the context and be able to quickly grasp the challenges at hand whilst anticipating the future evolution of technology and the market. It is key that the approach leads to a pragmatic preparation to allow Bpost to source for the right technological solutions to prepare the organisation for the future growth while enabling operating model flexibility.

Key Responsibilities:

Enterprise Architectural Leadership:

- Facilitate, review and improve the strategy based on Enterprise Architectural methodology
- Support executive stakeholders in decision taking
- Provide the decsiontakers with the necessary approach so they feel comfortable with the conclusions
- Develop architectural standards,



and governance models aligned with enterprise and operations strategy.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:

- Work closely with executive business, product, and technology stakeholders to translate vision, ambition and needs into enterprise architectural visuals.
- Collaborate with business directors and IT and digital leadership.
- Facilitate interviews, reviews and cross-functional discussions.

Your Profile:

Experience:

- 5+ years in Enterprise Architecture at C-level
- Proven experience in challenging C-level executives
- Experience in introducting new approaches or methodologies at director and executive level
- Experience in acting as facilitator in expert area's that are new to the Business Architect
- Hands-on to develop the deliverables and faciltate the discussion him/her self
- Experience in a logistics/supply chain/industrial context
