We are looking for an experienced Test Coach / Quality Expert to strengthen testing, quality governance, and release readiness across strategic ICT projects.

Key responsibilities: Coach delivery teams, define risk-based test strategies, assess release readiness, support go/no-go decisions, establish quality reporting and dashboards, and identify opportunities for test automation and AI-assisted testing.

What you bring: 8+ years in software testing/quality engineering, with proven experience as a Test Lead, QA Coach, Quality Engineer or Test Manager. Strong Agile/Scrum and enterprise experience, excellent stakeholder skills, and hands-on expertise in functional, integration, E2E, regression and UAT testing.

Must-have: Strong experience with Playwright, Tosca or equivalent test automation platforms, plus familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps or ServiceNow. Fluent English and very good Dutch are required.
