The Yourent platform streamlines administrative, technical, financial, and commercial aspects of rental management, from automated lease generation and payment monitoring to maintenance planning and helpdesk support. Users can manage accounts, track key performance indicators, automate invoicing, and handle full business accounting if needed. YouRent also supports property marketing, collaboration with estate agencies, and selection of prospective tenants, complemented by dedicated tenant and landlord portals. The solution is designed for estate agencies, landlords, and asset management companies seeking greater efficiency and transparency in their operations.

Role Description The Digital Marketing Officer is a full-time hybrid role based in La Hulpe (Terhulpen), near Brussels, Belgium, with the possibility to work from home part of the time. This role is responsible for developing and executing digital marketing campaigns that promote YouRent’s value propositions to estate agencies, landlords, and asset management companies. Day-to-day tasks include managing social media channels, creating and optimizing online content, coordinating email marketing campaigns, and supporting online lead generation activities. The Digital Marketing Officer will conduct market research,



analyze campaign performance, and provide insights to improve brand visibility and customer acquisition. Collaboration with sales, product, and customer success teams is essential to ensure consistent messaging and effective communication with prospective and existing clients. Yourent Group runs mainly on the Odoo ERP.

Qualifications

- Ability to conduct Market Research and analyze customer and competitor insights.
- Strong Marketing skills, including campaign planning and performance tracking.
- Effective Communication skills for clear, professional interaction with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Experience in Social Media Marketing, including content creation and community management.
- Understanding of Sales processes and ability to support lead generation and conversion activities.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, marketing automation tools, CRM systems, Odoo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, other).
- Bachelor's degree is a minimum. Master degree is a clear plus.
- Strong written and spoken English; perfect knowledge of French and Dutch. A Dutch native is our preference.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a hybrid environment with cross-functional teams.
- Interest or experience in real estate, property management, or SaaS solutions is beneficial.
