Sales & Product Manager LED – Build the Market, Don’t Just Enter It

We are looking for a Sales & Product Manager LED who will take ownership of our LED business across Europe and turn it into a serious growth engine. This is not a maintenance role. This is about building markets, shaping products, and closing deals that matter.

What you’ll be doing

You operate at the intersection of sales, product, and strategy.

- You develop new markets and customers across Europe
- You build and expand a distribution network
- You identify and close key accounts and strategic partnerships
- You actively contribute to product development and positioning
- You translate market insights into new product opportunities
- You work closely with engineering to align technical capabilities with market needs

You are not handed a roadmap—you help define it.

What we expect from you





- 10–15+ years of experience in B2B technical sales
- A strong track record in business development and international market expansion Proven experience with distribution channels and international markets
- Solid industry experience within the LED lighting components ecosystem – ideally in LED thermal management, LED cooling solutions, LED modules/components, or closely related technologies
- An established network and market knowledge within the professional LED lighting industry is a strong advantage
- Ability to combine commercial drive with genuine technical understanding
