Senior Project Manager – Security Products

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join Infrabel and contribute to strategic projects involving electronic security solutions for buildings, tunnels and complex sites.

Location: Ringstation II, Belgium (onsite)

Start: January 2027

End: December 2031

Work regime: 60% part-time

Experience: 5–10 years

Key responsibilities:

- Lead security audits, site surveys and security improvement projects
- Coordinate new implementations, site upgrades and maintenance activities
- Work with CCTV, intrusion detection, access control, BMS and SCADA solutions
- Develop and execute manual and automated test scenarios
- Integrate security solutions with monitoring platforms
- Document technical solutions, test results and identified anomalies
- Coordinate suppliers and ICT teams across connectivity, cybersecurity and operations




- Support monitoring teams and participate in operational debriefings

Required experience:

- Minimum 5 years in electronic security technology
- Minimum 5 years as a Software Integrator
- Minimum 5 years of experience with the Milestone platform
- At least 2 years of experience with monitoring-tool integration and network technologies
- Experience with Skywalker and Evol 2 integration
- Experience preparing public procurement specifications
- Supplier negotiation experience
- Dutch and French at C1 level
- English at B1 level
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and teamwork skills
- Availability for on-call service
