ALG is a leading general consultancy in the transport sector seeking a Human Resources Intern to join the Training & Development team in Madrid. You will support key talent initiatives, coordinate learning programs, and help deliver engaging employee experiences.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor performance, manage talent reviews and promotions, and assist with workforce planning and staffing. Fluency in Spanish and English and advanced Excel are required.
