Responsibilities
- Conduct financial analysis and evaluate investment opportunities
- Coordinate due diligence processes
- Support execution of M&A; transactions
- Contribute to structuring M&A; processes
Requirements
- Master’s degree in corporate finance
- At least 3 years of successful experience in investment banking or IPP investment team
- Solid expertise in financial analysis and modelling
- Good knowledge of financial markets and renewable energy sector
- Proficient in reporting tools and methods
- Advanced Excel skills
- Fluency in English
