We are looking for a hands-on Tech Lead / Engineering Lead to lead the development of a fintech platform, combining technical leadership, architectural ownership and delivery accountability.

The role sits at the intersection of engineering, architecture and execution , leading both internal engineers and external development partners while maintaining direct involvement in complex technical decisions and critical engineering work.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Lead internal engineering teams and external development partners, ensuring delivery, quality and technical alignment.
- Own technical execution across architecture, development, testing, releases and production readiness.
- Ensure adherence to architectural principles and lead technical reviews and Architecture Decision Records (ADRs).
- Establish and enforce engineering standards around code reviews, CI/CD, testing, Definition of Done and technical debt.
- Review and accept deliverables against criteria including security, performance, observability, maintainability and deployment readiness.
