Your role in the team
As a Service Desk you provide first-level IT support to end users by resolving incidents and service requests within SLA.

Your Responsibilities
- Handle incidents and requests via ticketing system,



ensuring correct prioritization and categorization.
- Identify recurring issues and proactively propose improvements or automation opportunities.
- Maintain clean ticket documentation and contribute to reporting, knowledge base, and continuous service improvements.

What We Expect From You
- Experience in IT Service Desk / Helpdesk environment.
- Strong communication skills, reliability, and ability to support operational coordination with Service Delivery Manager.
- Excellent communication skills English.
