An established global technology services organisation is launching a new business operation in Spain and is looking for an entrepreneurial Country Head to lead this market entry.

This is a unique opportunity to build the Spain business from the ground up — shaping the market strategy, establishing senior enterprise relationships,



winning the first anchor clients and building the local organisation as the business scales.

The successful leader will have the backing of a global technology and delivery organisation, while having significant autonomy to shape the Spanish market.

What You'll Lead

- Build and execute the Spain go-to-market strategy.
- Develop relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, CEOs and senior enterprise stakeholders.
- Personally drive new-logo acquisition and complex technology-services sales.
- Leverage general offshore / nearshore delivery capabilities to develop client propositions.
- Build a sustainable enterprise pipeline and establish initial anchor accounts.
