We are looking for a senior professional with a strong background in Data Migration, Data Architecture, and ERP transformations , capable of leading end-to-end migration initiatives across general programs and complex enterprise environments.

✍️ WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️

- 7+ years of experience in Data Migration, Data Architecture, or related roles.
- Strong experience leading enterprise-wide data migration initiatives .
- Solid knowledge of Data Management, Data Quality, Data Governance, and Master Data Management .
- Experience working with ERP platforms , ideally SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, Oracle ERP, or Oracle Fusion.
- Expertise in data mapping, transformation rules, reconciliation processes, and migration validation activities .
- Experience with cloud-based ETL solutions , preferably AWS.
- Familiarity with testing methodologies, cutover planning, and go-live support activities.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.




- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within international environments.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

- Define and lead end-to-end data migration strategies across global transformation programs.
- Design migration architectures, frameworks, governance models, and technical standards.
- Lead data discovery, profiling, assessment, cleansing, and source-to-target mapping activities.
- Ensure alignment between business requirements, enterprise architecture standards, and migration solutions.
- Review and approve migration designs, transformation logic, validation processes, and reconciliation approaches.
- Coordinate migration waves, cutover planning, rollback strategies, and go-live readiness activities.
- Collaborate with Business Process Owners, Enterprise Architects, Data Governance teams, and external partners.
- Mentor project teams and provide technical leadership throughout the migration lifecycle.
- Ensure data quality, compliance, scalability, and maintainability across solutions.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and best practices in Data Management and Data Migration.
